- Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
- Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing before shipment.
Shipping Options & Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5–7 business days after processing.
- Expedited Shipping: Delivery within 2–3 business days after processing.
- International Shipping: Delivery within 10–15 business days, depending on the destination.
Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
Pre-Order Shipping
For pre-order items, including our Love Africa Collection, please allow 3–6 weeks for production and delivery. We will keep you updated on your order's progress through email.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
- Free shipping is available on orders over $150 (domestic only).
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this number to track your shipment on the carrier’s website.
International Shipping
- All international orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
