-Full Price Merchandise: You have 30 days to return items purchased for full retail price for an exchange, full refund or store credit.

-Sale Price Merchandise: You have 30 days to return items purchased on sale price for an exchange or store credit only.

-$150+ Spend: When you spend $150+ on items you will get free shipping.

 

Returns

You have 30 days to return items for an exchange or full refund.

• Ensure that your items are in their original condition Original packaging including tags).
• We do not accept the return of items that have been used, altered, ironed or damaged.
• Any damaged or worn returned items will not be refunded.
• Any items on sale of the retail price are final sale and can be exchanged or store credit only.
• Unused return labels will be voided after 30 days.

Refunds

• We will notify you when your items have been received
• Your items will be inspected upon arrival
• You will be notified of the status of your item
• Once approved, your refunds will be carried out in the form of credit to the original form of payment or a Koshieo gift card.
• Cost of shipping is not refundable
• All returned items that are received unfolded and removed from the original packaging will be subject to a $2.50 restocking fee per item, this amount will be subtracted from the amount of the refund.
